Craig International Ballistics (CIB) has officially joined the Mehler Systems Group following the successful completion of Mehler Systems' acquisition of a major stake in the Australian ballistic protection specialist. The transaction was finalised after receiving approval under Australia's Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act.
The completion of the acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for both organisations. Craig International Ballistics will continue to operate under its established brand and local leadership from Queensland, Australia, while becoming an integral part of the Mehler Systems Group.
By combining complementary expertise and sharing knowledge across the organisation, Mehler Systems aims to accelerate the development of advanced protection solutions, strengthen operational excellence and create additional value for customers worldwide. At the same time, Craig International Ballistics will continue to serve its existing customers with the same local expertise, responsiveness and commitment to quality that have defined the company for decades.
