Craig International Ballistics (CIB) is pleased to announce the commissioning of new autoclave technology in our Queensland manufacturing facility.
The new equipment, is a significant addition to our business, and was acquired to both enhance our existing product manufacturing processes and to increase our production capacity in the manufacture of ballistic protection systems. CIB currently manufacture a wide range of ballistic protection solutions for various applications such as personal protection for military and law enforcement as well as platform armour for land, naval and air applications.
The autoclave is one of the largest in Queensland and measures 5 metres by 2 metres, with a capable pressure of 20 Bar.
The new manufacturing technology will assist CIB in continuing to provide locally manufactured light weight ballistic protection systems for the Australian Defence Force and Law Enforcement.
